ComEd Inaugural Supplier Diversity Awards Luncheon and Ceremony. April 4, 2016.

Challenge:

• ComEd decided to recognize suppliers who have demonstrated industry-leading diversity inclusion practices, as well as highlight ComEd’s contributions to diverse communities.
• The winners of these awards exemplified modern management techniques aimed at improving operating efficiencies, while delivering and promoting excellent quality, consistency, and support of ComEd’s mission.

SOLUTION:

Alejandra and team coordinated and managed the ComEd Diversity Award Event from conception to finish.

RESULTS:

The event was a complete success. The event stayed under budget with an attendance of 400 guests that included Presidents of various energy companies, executives from minority suppliers, business and trading organizations.
